Processing purposes
The Pollet Water Group collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (including customer administration, tracking of orders and deliveries, billing, monitoring of solvency, profiling, and sending marketing material and personalised advertising).

Furthermore, the customer has the right to receive a copy of their personal data (in a structured, customary and machine-readable form) and to have their personal data forwarded to another company. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the customer is requested to:

Direct marketing
The customer has the right, at no charge, to object to any processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
Complaint
The customer has the right to submit a complaint to the Committee for the Protection of Privacy (Commissie voor de Bescherming van de Persoonlijke Levenssfeer) at Drukpersstratt 35, 1000 Brussels, or by email to commission@privacycommission.be.
